Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and billing issues are handled for Athloria Performance’s online coaching, consultations, and digital programs (the “Services”). By purchasing the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1) General Principles

Because our Services include time-based coaching, individualized planning, and access to digital materials, refunds depend on the type of purchase, whether work has already been delivered, and the timing of your request. We aim to be fair and consistent while protecting the time and intellectual property involved in personalized coaching.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly. Many billing issues can be resolved by correcting an account detail, applying a credit, or clarifying the plan that was purchased.

2) One-Time Consultations (Live Calls)

If you purchase a one-time live consultation, you may cancel or reschedule without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or missed appointments may be considered delivered due to reserved time and may not be eligible for a refund.

If we must reschedule due to coach unavailability, you may choose a new time or request a full refund for that consultation.

3) Coaching Packages (Fixed-Term Programs)

Coaching packages typically include onboarding, program design, modifications, feedback, and access to materials during a defined period (for example: 4, 8, or 12 weeks). Coaching begins when onboarding starts, when a plan is delivered, or when the coaching period begins—whichever occurs first.

Refund window: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and before substantial delivery (for example: before your individualized program is delivered and before any live consultation or detailed coaching work has been performed), we may issue a refund.

If work has already been delivered (including onboarding analysis, individualized plan creation, plan revisions, or live calls), refunds may be prorated based on the portion of Services completed, minus a reasonable onboarding/design fee. Digital materials already delivered are not refundable.

After the coaching term is substantially underway, refunds are generally not available because your reserved coaching capacity, planning time, and content access have already been provided.

4) Subscriptions (Recurring Coaching or Access)

If you are on a recurring subscription, you can cancel to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation typically stops the next billing cycle but does not retroactively refund a billing period that has already started.

If you forget to cancel before a renewal and contact us promptly, we may review the request case-by-case. If no coaching work has been performed in the new billing period, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.

To avoid confusion, we recommend submitting cancellation requests as soon as you decide to stop continuing coaching.

5) Digital Products and Downloadable Materials

If your purchase includes downloadable files, templates, program PDFs, or immediate-access digital content, those items are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, due to the nature of digital delivery.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital item, contact us and we will help restore access or deliver the file by an alternate method.

6) Pauses, Travel, Illness, and Life Events

We understand life happens. Depending on your plan, we may allow a short pause for travel, illness, or personal emergencies. Pause approval, duration, and whether a program term is extended depends on coaching capacity and the plan purchased.

Pauses are not the same as refunds. If you need time away, a pause is usually the best option because it preserves your coaching progress and avoids starting over.

7) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks create administrative costs and may interrupt access to your Services while the dispute is reviewed.

We reserve the right to provide documentation of Services delivered (including timestamps of onboarding work, plan delivery, and coaching communications) to payment processors and banks when responding to disputes.

8) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, include your full name, the email used at checkout, the product or plan purchased, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation. We may request additional information to verify the account.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. If a refund cannot be issued to the original method, we may offer store credit or an alternate arrangement where permitted by law.

9) Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. The applicable policy is generally the one in effect at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law.
